My son is in Boy Scouts and goes camping all the time with the troop. He needed a good sleeping bag and I'm so glad I've found one. The last sleeping bag I got for him was the $14 one at Wal-Mart. You can sure tell the difference in this one and that one. This bag is so awesome! He couldn't wait to get it and go camping.

Here's a list of things I love about this bag.
1. The bag as a whole is of great quality. It's made of cotton lining with polyester shell. It's made to last.
2. There are actually two places that have draw strings to close the bag around you. The first one is about at your neck. The second is around the "hood" of the bag. My son's loving this feature!
3. This bag is nice and roomy. My son had plenty of room to spare.
4. Folds up easy to carry. It has's it's own bag that actually has nylon straps to help secure it in it bag and make it smaller to carry.

Being in GA it can get hot and muggy here, but at night it gets cool. I can rest easy knowing that he'll have this bag to keep him warm if he get too cold, if it's a hot GA summer then I'll know he has a sleeping bag that's going to be comfortable enough to sleep on top of instead of sleeping on the ground.

TGS Gems® Sodalite Carved Thumb Irish Worry Stone

TGS Gems has beautiful worry stones!  When I was young I had a worry stone.  It was just a rock and was no where near as pretty as this one.  Of course they are sodalite so they aren't going to be the same, mine didn't have the sparkly gold flakes but that's ok.  Mine is still beautiful!  You're worry stone comes with a cute little bag so you can keep it safe.  The stone is just the right size to hold in your hand and run your thumb over to relieve your anxiety.  I've also read that people suffering from disorders like PTSD like to use worry stones as a self soothing technique.  So if you no someone who has a problem, maybe you want to get them one of these beautiful worry stones.

This Digital Display Luggage Scale is a must for any person that travels all the time.  Not only does this scale weigh your luggage it is also a room thermometer.  The scale is easy to use.  Just press the power button, wait for it to zero out and weigh your luggage.  If you want to check the room temperature just press the Unit button to cycle through the different options.

The battery ships in a separate compartment so you don't have to worry about it busting and ruining the scale.  The strap you use to weigh your luggage is nylon and strong.  It loops back on itself for you to be able to weigh using any kind of handles.  The hardware on the strap and the triangle that weighs the luggage are all made of a heavy metal and won't be breaking if you stay in the weight limit.  Speaking off, the weight limit on this scale is 110lbs or 50kg.  The weight limits are listed on the side so you know what not to go over.  The scale casing is made of a hard plastic that is durable.  You can wash off the scale with a damp cloth, but don't immerse it, it's not water proof.  The digital display has a green back light to see the read outs better.  After you've weighted your luggage the reading will stayed locked in or displayed for a bit.  It does have an auto shut off too.

My son went to Washington and I wanted him to have something that would be safe for him to carry his debit card and other papers we found this Travel Wallet and I got it for him.  This Multi-functional Travel Wallet has so many functions and pockets that it would be great for any traveler.  There is a front clear pouch for your ID if you are somewhere you need to display it.  The top velcro's shut to secure the zipper that actually keeps the pocket closed.  The zipper on the pouch has 1 single pull and it pulls down both sides at once so you can easily access everything you have in the inside pockets.  There are 5 credit card slots on the front half of the pocket with a mesh zipper coin pocket at the bottom.  On the back side of the pocket there are 3 large mesh pockets that are see through so you can quickly find what you're looking for.  It's even large enough to carry your phone with all the rest of your important documents.  There's a clip on the inside if you need to clip your hotel key so you know where it is at all times.  The strap is made of a strong cord that is securely ran through the top of the wallet and can easily be adjusted

URPOWER® Running Sport Sweatproof Armband Case

This is my first time getting an armband and I'm glad I got this one.  I got it for my daughter because she likes to run and she's totally happy with it.  I like it because the back was made of neoprene and soft. This also protects the phone against sweat.  I got the pink which is a pretty hot pink.  It also has the reflective strip around the phone in case she goes running when it's dark.  This is always a plus, the more reflective materials she's wearing the better I feel.  There's a place where you can keep your key so you don't have to worry about having to have pockets.  The armband itself is adjustable with a good 6 inches of velcro to make sure it fits snugly on your arm.  My daughter has an iPhone 4 which is a lot smaller then my phone, I have an LG G2, both of these phones fit in the holder with no problems.  The response for the screen is fine, neither one of us had problems with any lag or it not picking up the touch.  There are 4 holes in the back of the phone holder.  This is so you can get use any type of phone and still be able to plug your headphones in.  My daughter and I both like this running armband.

Modern Utensils - Heavy Duty 7-in-1 Multifunction Kitchen Shears

Are you the type that can't every find the tool you need in the kitchen? I know I am! We have a pair of kitchen scissors but I can NEVER find them when I need them. I hate it! Then I end up using a knife and getting yelled at because I'm dulling the blade (like I care, he can sharpen it...maybe if he'd put the scissors back I wouldn't have to use a knife.) I think I've finally found the scissors I won't lose! I love that these scissors come with the magnetic case. Now I can put them on the fridge and if they aren't there when I go to look for them someone better watch out. So yeah the holder was a great thing on these scissors BUT the scissors are AWESOME! Here is everything these scissors can be used for:

1. Cutting!
2. Scrapping scales - The scissors easily come apart and there is a side of the scissors you can use as a scrapper.
3. Opening bottle caps - One of the handles has a bottle opener.
4. Opening shells or flat-head screwdriver - The other handle has a slender, sharper edge to shuck shells.
5. Nut Cracker - In between the handles are used to crack nuts.
6. Vegetable peeler - After you take the scissors apart you can use one of the sides to peel with. (I would use a real peeler but if you're in a pinch these would work.)
7. Bone Cutter - The little curve in the blade near the center is also sharp for cutting bones.

These scissors do a lot of things but I'm sure we're going to use them the most for cutting. I do like that they come apart for easy washing as well. I used to have a pair that did that until they broke. These scissors are also well constructed and will last forever.

LuxoLite LED Headlamp

So I got this LuxoLite LED Headlamp for my son because he's in boy scouts and goes camping a lot.  Well my son's not getting it.  I had it in a box and my husband saw it and claimed it!  He couldn't wait to get it out of the package and play with it.  He works in construction and will use this on his hard hat when he's in places that's dark.  He was excited that it was super bright.  He actually turned it on looking at it.  I had to read the box to him that says DO NOT LOOK INTO THE LIGHT!  He really liked that it had the red lights too. And of course he was playing with the red flashing lights.  The light has a few functions.  There's a bright, and then you can lower it to a dim.  Then you have the red light, and the flashing red lights. He also liked that you can stand this light up...or you can adjust it on your head so that you can put the light down toward our feet.  The headband is stretchy and adjustable.  It will fit wonderfully over my husbands hard hat.  He was really excited about this light. I'm glad I was able to review it.
